We deliver all over Bangladesh.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

(Delivery time may vary due to product availability, weather, customs clearance, or courier delays.)

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on product type, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping charges will be shown or confirmed before order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a wrong product
• You received a damaged or defective product
• The product is missing parts

Return Time Limit

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Must include invoice/receipt
• Unboxing video or clear photos are highly recommended for faster support

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The issue is reported after 48 hours
• The product is damaged due to misuse
• The product is used, washed, or altered
• Change of mind after purchase (for wholesale/import items)

After inspection, we will arrange either:

• Replacement, or
• Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
